Networking Group
The Small Business Networking Group aims to foster a collaborative environment where small business owners can convene to exchange ideas and address challenges they encounter. The mission of this group is to act as a collective sounding board, enabling participants to offer insights into each other’s enterprises, extend mutual support, and share resources. Understanding Your Financials
The Understanding your Financial program will assist individuals at the start-up stage with the creation of a robust financial plan to boost business success and guide growth, setting and achieving financial goals, and covering important topics like banking services, cash flow management, and more. This program is ideal for individuals who are at the concept or have been in business for up to three years.

NEW! Introduction to Cannabis Entrepreneurship
This course will give budding entrepreneurs an understanding of the cannabis industry landscape, the history and legalization of cannabis, opportunities, and challenges in the cannabis industry. You will explore potential startup ideas within this industry and learn how to navigate cannabis regulations and compliance (Local, state, and federal regulations). You will learn about licensing and permit requirements, legal and ethical considerations, regulatory requirements for starting a cannabis-related business. This class will also cover cannabis product development and quality control including exploring various cannabis products and their uses, testing processes, ensuring quality control and safety.

Launch a Business through Business Modeling & Thinking Like an Entrepreneur
Starting a Business? In this introductory course, aspiring entrepreneurs will gain valuable insights into the essential steps required to successfully launch a small business and thrive as an entrepreneur. Participants will engage in hands-on activities, including market research, business modeling, and competitive analysis, to understand the needs they aim to address, assess market size within their industry, and define their target audience. The course will also delve into competitor analysis and help identify the competitive advantage unique to your business. A central focus of this program will be the development of a comprehensive business plan, encompassing a startup budget.
