Westchester Community College Foundation Scholarship Center
The Westchester Community College Foundation Scholarship Center awards scholarships to new, incoming students, continuing students, and graduating students. For detailed information on the scholarship application process, or to request an application form, call us at 914-606-6442.
Many scholarships are available on an ongoing basis, however some change each semester. The Practical Guide to the Scholarship & Awards Program lists many that may or may not be available to you in the semesters to come. Continue to check here for updates.

The PRIORITY DEADLINE for ALL scholarship applications (for new, continuing, graduating/transferring students, etc.) is:
- March 1 for Fall applications
- September 25 for Spring applications.
Note: New, incoming freshman may apply up until April 15 for the upcoming Fall semester.
Current Westchester Community College students who apply: a) after March 1, but before April 1 (Fall); or b) after September 25, but before October 15 (Spring), will be considered for scholarships as funds are available. We will accept applications up until the final deadlines, but we encourage all students to apply by the priority deadline!

How do you define new/incoming, graduating, and continuing students?
- Recent high school graduates (including those who graduate June) should first fill out an application for Admissions with the Admission office.
- Graduating students are those students who graduate in August, December or May. Students who will graduate by August 2013, or who plan to transfer to another institution without obtaining a Westchester Community College degree or certificate should contact the Foundation Scholarship Center to discuss eligibility requirements.Continuing students are those students who are currently enrolled in a program at Westchester Community College , and who plan to continue their education at Westchester Community College for at least one more semester (fall, spring or summer) with a minimum of six (6) credits.
