Student Conduct Readmission Request
Per the Student Code of Conduct, students applying for readmission after being suspended for disciplinary reasons will need to submit their request in writing to the Vice President for Student Access, Involvement and Success. The following form will be used to collect the necessary information the Vice President needs to review.
Upon receipt and review of this form, the Vice President shall assess the student’s readiness for readmission and determine if the student is ready for reinstatement.
- If readmission is granted, the student may reenroll for courses beginning the next academic term.
- If readmission is denied, the student will remain suspended for another definite period of time, determined by the Vice President, at which time they may reapply for readmission again at the close of that next period of time.
The decision of the Vice President is final.
The Vice president shall notify you in writing of their decision.
