Request to Return from Involuntary Withdrawal
Students requesting to return to the college after being involuntarily withdrawn need to submit their request in writing as well as copies of all required documentation. All required documentation must be submitted at the same time and must be attached in the form below. Requests to return will only be reviewed if all necessary documentation is received at the same time on this form.
Students are not eligible to return the same semester an involuntary withdrawal was initiated.
Upon receipt and review of this form, the CARE Team will evaluate all the attached documentation. The Vice President of Student Access, Involvement, and Success (VPSAIS) shall review the documentation submitted by the student and he evaluation conducted by the CARE Team. The VPSAIS will determine, in his/her sole discretion, if the student is eligible to return.
If the student’s return is granted, the student may re-enroll for courses beginning the following semester. The VPSAIS may designate conditions or restrictions for the student’s return.
If the student’s return is denied, the student will remain involuntarily withdrawn and may submit another request to return the following semester.
The decision of the Vice President is final.
The Vice president shall notify the student in writing of their decision.
