2022 Graduation Applicant Timeline
Verify Your Information
Please verify and correct the spelling of your name and your address. After an application for graduation is submitted, the process begins.
Curriculum Chair Review
After all grades are posted for the ( spring , summer or fall) term each potential graduate’s record must then be audited by the appropriate curriculum chair for a review of all degree and/or certificate requirements. Final notification by all curriculum chairs for degree approval and/or denial of each student will be sent to the Registrar’s Office. Thereafter, your degree and/or certificate will be posted to your student record and your transcript will indicate your degree and/or certificate was earned.
Diplomas and certificates will be ordered next. Any outstanding hold placed on your account by either the Bursar’s Office or the Financial Aid Office must to be resolved with those offices before your degree can be ordered and released. Notification will be sent to our graduates via their Westchester Community College email account. Degrees are mailed directly from our vendor to your home address. Be sure to activate and link your Westchester Community College email to enable you to check regularly for updates.
