Basic Grant Writing for Non-Profit Organizations
For those new to grant writing or who work for a nonprofit and want to increase their grant writing skills. Learn to write a grant to support your nonprofit’s mission and goals. The course will include understanding how nonprofits raise funds and where grants fit in, the different types of grant proposals, the key components of a strong proposal, and how to write a basic grant budget. The course will also provide an overview of how to find grant funders, and how to get started as a grant writer. The final project is a short letter proposal.
