COPING: Final(s) and Beyond

Finals are stressful, but these strategies can help! Students will learn skills to maintain well-being during times of stress, including Finals! Build on skills you developed over the course of the semester by learning time management, creating a routine, healthy habits, and learning to assess and reassess their coping strategies.
