Cap and Gown Pick-Up

Commencement RSVP Required for Pick-Up!

Date: Monday, May 12, 2025 from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. and
Tuesday, May 13, 2025 from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Location: WCC Bookstore, David Swope Student Center – SUNY Westchester Valhalla

GRADUATES: Did you sign up for commencement? If you did, it’s time to pick up your cap and gown to be ready for the ceremony (and your guest tickets)!
Pick up your cap, gown, and guest tickets on
Monday, May 12, 2025 from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m.
or
Tuesday, May 13, 2025 from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Students may bring their student ID to pick up their regalia and guest tickets (though it isn’t required.)

Students who have someone else picking up on their behalf may provide the person with their student ID as well as a note with their signature/permission.
