Commit to Change
About the Commit to Change Leadership Program
The Commit to Change Leadership Development Program is a 12-week leadership experience designed for a cohort of just 20 students. Grounded in the Social Change Model of Leadership, the program develops leadership skills at the individual, group, and community levels. Participants will explore their personal leadership style, collaborate with peers on meaningful social change initiatives, and build the confidence, knowledge, and skills to lead with purpose. This unique experience empowers students to create lasting, positive change on the SUNY WCC campus and in the broader community.
