PepsiCo Foundation Scholars Program – Pathways Initiative
The PepsiCo Foundation Scholars Program
Pathways is designed to strengthen the pathways that connect students to the careers of the future. Through a combination of experiential learning investments and scholarship support, Pathways helps community colleges expand experiential learning to prepare students for high-demand fields while reducing the financial barriers that can prevent students from completing their education and training.
Scholarship eligibility is based solely on demonstrated financial need.
Scholarships are open to third and fourth semester students pursuing a degree in Mechanical Technology, Engineering Science, and Electrical Technology who demonstrate financial need. Students will have access to Faculty Coaches, career development activities, and other supports. Thirty scholarships of $1,500 for the 2026-27 academic year are available. Applicants will be evaluated based on their financial circumstances and the extent to which scholarship assistance is needed to support their educational expenses.
Must be enrolled in one of these specified programs
Majors:
- Engineering Science A.S. (General and Concentration in Mechanical)
- Mechanical Technology A.A.S.
- Engineering Science – Concentration in Electrical
- Electrical Technology A.A.S.
Requirements
- Must be registered full time
- 12 or more credits per semester
- Current students – 2.5+ GPA
- File for Financial Aid for the current academic year: FAFSA (U.S. Citizen/U.S. Permanent Resident) or NYS DREAM Act (DACA/Undocumented) or Alternative Need Form (F1 Visa)

Application Deadline: Wednesday, November 4th
- Award amount: (1) $1,500 annual award. If you complete your degree by December 2026, you are only eligible for the Fall portion of the award, $750.
- Selected Scholars will be notified by the WCCF Scholarship Office by November 18th
