We oversee Admissions, Financial Assistance, Enrollment Services, and the Registrar’s Office, ensuring a smooth and supportive process from application to graduation. The Office of Admissions at SUNY Westchester Community College is dedicated to providing exceptional service to prospective students pursuing an undergraduate education. Our team supports, facilitates and advances the recruitment and admission process, in alignment with the State University of New York’s open admissions policy. We work collaboratively with internal and external partners to promote all of our programs and engage with the community we serve. Committed to professional standards and best practices, the Office continually strives to strengthen its mission in support of the College’s goals and aspirations.
Enrollment Services is focused on creating a seamless student-centered experience while supporting; registration, enrollment processes, adult learners, federal work study students, student communication, data analysis, and improving service delivery.

The Scholarships Department plays a major role in providing access to post-secondary education for students by assisting them in receiving grants, work-study, loans and scholarships to finance their higher education. This office serves as a student advocate while also advancing institutional policy and objectives within the framework of rules and regulations governing State, Federal and Private funding sources of aid.
The Office of International Student Services supports and advocates international students by providing accessible resources, guidance, and programs that promote academic success, cultural connection, and personal growth. We celebrate global diversity while helping students thrive in their educational journey and prepare for lifelong learning and participation in an interconnected world.
The Office of the Registrar provides quality support services to students including, but not limited to, processing official transcripts and official letters of enrollment for students; assisting students and faculty with registration functions, including attendance and grade processing; and conducting final graduation certifications and producing diplomas for graduates. The Registrar ensures the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and security of academic records at the College.
The Office of Veteran and Military Services is dedicated to empowering our military-connected community through comprehensive, robust, student-centered support services that foster academic achievement, personal growth, and career success.
