Accessibility Services Team
According to the SUNY WCC Academic Calendar, the last day to Add/Swap a class for the Fall 2025 semester is September 8, 2025. Therefore, returning Accessibility Services students will be able to complete a Semester Request in Accommodate starting September 9, 2025. Submitting a Semester Request will generate an Accommodations Letter that is emailed to both professors and the student.
If there is a test or quiz in your class prior to this date, please reach out to the Accessibility Services Office. If you are a new Accessibility Services student, you will need to complete an Intake Form in Accommodate before completing a Semester Request. If you have any questions, please contact Accessibility Services.
