VITA Tax Drive
The VITA tax drive will be back on campus to provide free tax preparation by appointment only (Mondays and Wednesdays 9 am – 5 pm) in the Gateway Center Room G144. Income limits apply. Please bring with you:
- Photo ID and Social Security cards for all dependents to be listed on your tax return
- A copy of last year’s tax return
- W-2 forms for each job, 1099-R, 1099-INT/DIV, 1099-G, 1099 SSA, 1099MISC, Marketplace 1095-A, 8962 for Premium Tax Credit, 8965 Exemption, and Employer 1095-B

If claiming childcare expenses, documentation, &
provider’s Tax ID - Form 1098T and 1098-E (tuition and fees paid)
- If married and filing jointly, spouse must be present
- Banking information or voided check to verify the account routing and account number for direct deposit of refunds.
Reasonable accommodations will be provided on request.
