Watch Owner Chef Nando Paterra as he discusses and demonstrates the method to making perfect Arancini – balls of cheesy risotto coated in crumbs then fried to form a crispy exterior. Watch a step-by-step demonstration on preparing octopus – served grilled on warm three bean salad. Learn the art of the perfect cacio e pepe as this simple dish is one of the most difficult to execute with only four ingredients – pasta, water, black pepper and cheese. Watch as it comes together in a giant wheel of Pecorino cheese. Our dolci this evening, zeppole made with a ricotta dough fritti with caramel sauce. Wonderful hospitality for your family events.
