Watch our chef prepare Melanzane di Rollatini – sauteed eggplant slices rolled with ricotta, and fresh herbs, then baked with mozzarella and a touch of marinara sauce. Learn to make one of their bestselling pasta dishes, orecchiette Contadina using ear-shaped pasta, chicken breast, broccoli di rabe, fresh tomatoes, in aioli sauce. Everyone loves Pollo alla Scarpariello and tonight we learn how easy it is to replicate at home with boneless chicken breast, sweet sausage and mushrooms sautéed in white wine, lemon, and garlic sauce.
