This “coping on the go” series of tabling events will offer students a quick way to gain coping skills to help manage stress and improve their well-being. Each event will highlight a different coping skill such as mindfulness, self-compassion, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation. Every other week we’ll be offering a different strategy so be sure to stop by!
