Transfer Agreement Highlights:

• Students must graduate from Westchester Community College.
• Students who have graduated from WCC’s Paramedic AAS degree program who possess a National Registry Paramedic Certification and wish to pursue degree completion will complete an online application to the University of New Haven Paramedicine Degree Completion Program.
• Discounted per credit rate for online degree completion.
• Students of the WCC Paramedic AAS Degree Program accepted to the University of New Haven will receive a maximum of 56 credits (plus 6 credits for EMT) for the successful completion of their National Registry Paramedic Certificate deemed comparable based on current course description information (2019-202 UNH Catalog), course requirements, and agreement by the representatives of the respective programs to current University of New Haven courses. The maximum number of credits that can be transferred into the university is 90, these would include NREMT Paramedic credits. All students need to complete minimum 30 credit residency requirement of which 18 must be in the major.
