Academic Counseling at SUNY Westchester Community College supports students throughout their educational journey. Our dedicated counselors help students clarify their academic and career goals, select the right courses, and stay on track toward graduation. Whether just starting out, changing majors, or preparing to transfer to a four-year institution, we’re here to guide our students every step of the way. Academic Counseling provides personalized support tailored to each student’s unique goals and challenges, helping them make informed decisions and maximize their college experience. We work closely with students to develop academic plans that align with their strengths, interests, and long-term aspirations. From understanding degree requirements to connecting with campus resources, our team is committed to helping every student succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
