Where to get your ID Card
Student ID Card
Requests can be made online and also by visiting the Valhalla Campus Security Office (Student Center building, room 118) or the Cross County Campus Customer Service Desk. Student ID cards are required for campus access and services, and students must present their SUNY WCC Student ID card upon request of a college official.
Before visiting the Security Office, you must:
- Be officially registered for classes
- Wait 48 hours after registration for records to update
- Have your student ID number

Parking Passes
Parking passes are only available at the Valhalla Campus Security Office
Before visiting the Security Office, you must:
- Be officially registered for classes
- Wait 48 hours after registration
What to bring:
- Your student ID number
- A photo of your vehicle registration (on your phone is acceptable)
Parking passes are issued in person on the Valhalla Campus during Security Office hours only.
Important Notes
- Your first Student ID is free and replacements cost $10 each
- SUNY WCC parking passes are only valid for parking on the Valhalla Campus
- Parking pass enforcement on the Valhalla Campus is suspended during registration and the first two weeks of the Fall and Spring semesters to allow time for students to obtain a parking pass
- Students should plan accordingly and visit during posted hours
