Who is eligible?
Those eligible for business cards include Administrators, Managers, Full-time Staff, Full-time Faculty, Department Chairs, and anyone who does outreach for the college.
What is the procedure for ordering business cards?
Employees must fill out the business card order form PDF and then upload their completed PDF order form through the online business card request page.
To locate the business card order form PDF:
Log in to MyWCC, then click Request Forms > Business Card Request Form
How often are business card orders placed?
Business card printing requests may be limited during the college’s re-emergence from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Creative Communications sends orders to the contracted printer on the 15th of each month (or next business day).
Submit your order at least 5 business days before a deadline to have it included with that order.
What happens after the order is submitted?
Once the order is placed with the printer, proofs will be provided for your approval before printing is finalized.
You will be notified when your cards are available for pick-up at the Creative Communications Office.
Pre-printed letterhead is available through Reproduction Services. You may also use the letterhead Word template to create and print your own documents that include the letterhead.

- Log in to MyWCC, then scroll down to the WCC Letterhead tile
Branded brochure paper is available through Reproduction Services. To print your brochures using this paper, set your content up on a brochure template then work with Reproduction Services to print your communications materials.
Flyer templates are available for the college community to create and print their own flyers using Microsoft Word. Multiple color options are available.
You can also visit the Strategic Marketing and Communications page and submit a creative request for help with photo research and assistance formatting your text within the college’s style and the template specifications.
