Culinary Arts Cafe

Student chefs and managers, under the direction of experienced faculty, develop the unique themed dining experience. The class plans, cooks, and serves each luncheon event. It is a wonderful dining and educational experience for the guests and students alike.

Limited substitutions can be made to the menu, please email [email protected] to discuss food allergies and restrictions before finalizing reservation to see if we can accommodate (vegetarian option always available.)

Culinary Cafe Highlights

• The Culinary Arts Cafe is located in The Student Center (Instructional Dining Room – STC 153) on the main campus in Valhalla, NY.
• Lunch is scheduled on Tuesday’s (Buffet) and Thursday’s (Service) for the semester.
• Buffet Lunch on Tuesday – $12. Lunch Service on Thursday – $15. Cash or check only.
• Reservations at 12pm.
• Donations are accepted and appreciated. All donations help to fund Culinary Scholarships.
• Email confirmation will be sent, the day before by 11:30am and 12pm (Both reservation & Waitlist will receive email notification.)
• In the event of a campus closing, dining will be closed. If there is a delayed opening, please email to check the status of lunch.
