Empanada Making, Hands-on! Now in a larger space and voted best new restaurant, this will quickly become your “go to” favorite. Join our Argentinian born Owner Chef Sergio Pennacchio as he teaches us the art of making beautiful empanadas. He shares recipes and stories influenced by both his Sicilian paternal side and his maternal side from exquisite Spain, making this restaurant both unique and delicious. This restaurant showcases Mediterranean food with a warm and inviting atmosphere, while treating every customer like family. Argentine empanadas are often served during festivals with many different fillings and every region of Argentina has its own characteristic variant. Our talented chef will have us “rolling in the dough” as we help to hand roll, stuff and seal a variety of empanadas. Take yours home to bake and enjoy with a friend. Chef will serve many varieties of handmade flakey empanadas with accompanying sauces. End our evening with chef’s favorite dolce surprise with a hot coffee. A most hospitable proprietor and wonderful instructor!
