Mix the easy ingredients to pop in the oven. While they bake, learn to make an edible cookie dough (safe to eat raw) to top our brownie. Can you guess Susan’s favorite thing – chocolate ganache?! Chef shares how to make chocolate ganache smooth and shiny to enrobe our cookie dough brownie treats! A mini-lesson on fresh whipped cream to pile on top of a taste of this fudgy indulgence with coffee or tea.
