Chef Alan Cohen will fill your plate and mind with his knowledge of food made with great ingredients. Chef has a flare for being creative by executing classic Italian dishes that become unforgettable. Help AJ as he teaches us to easily make our own mozzarella from fresh curd to sample while warm. Chef creates a new fall dish with roasted vegetables and baked mozzarella Oreganato style. Their bread is made fresh daily and chef uses it to make a mini pizza burger topped with melted fresh mozzarella, arugula and roasted tomatoes with garlic. Finish our lesson with a torched mozzarella “brulee” atop a decadent brownie sundae with fresh whipped cream. AJ is full of surprises and always shares a taste of “the special of the day”.
