A Three-tiered Tea Party – Hands-on! Cook, Learn & Collaborate in the spectacular GE Appliances’ CoCreate kitchens! Dedicated to culinary inspiration, this location is outfitted with the latest Monogram appliances to provide a fully functional Demo Kitchen, designed for one-of-a-kind classes, workshops, and experiences. For Meredith tea has always been more than just a drink – it’s a ritual, a way to slow down, and a chance to connect. Her love for afternoon tea started in Scotland at the Willow Tea Room, and since then, it’s been her happy place. Fast forward to today, and she has turned that love to creating special tea experiences that bring people together. Get ready for an interactive tutorial on light and luscious scones with all the trimmings! Meredith’s mobile tearoom will teach us the basics of setting up a three-tiered tray for a tea party with friends. Learn the proper way to make two types of scones to keep them light and flakey. A “how to” on assembling cute cucumber sandwiches. Then a mini lesson on making clotted cream to top a scone and enjoy with tea after our class. An optional additional $15 invites you to enjoy a special “afternoon tea to go” with a box of scones, clotted cream, jam, a sweet treat and other goodies including some tea samples!
