This group fitness class held via Zoom by WCC Athletics will get you active with Yoga! Our Yoga classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength, boost stamina, and increase awareness of our bodies and ourselves as we release muscle tension, create a sense of calm and peace, and feel rejuvenated. These classes are appropriate for all ages, experience and fitness levels.
This group fitness class meets virtually every Tuesday and Thursday through May 6, 2021.
