Wellness Wednesdays: Meditation in Motion

Location: Student Center, Room 155
Meditation in motion is a perfect complement to our seated meditation practice and is great for beginners. Students will utilize mindfulness strategies to become more aware of our body and physical sensations while performing a routine daily activity – walking! Walking will be done in areas accessible to those of different abilities. *Mats and chairs will be provided. Bring your own water.
