DESCRIPTION:Gateway Center \nDid you just launch a business and are looking for seed funding? \nSUNY Westchester will host the LevelUp! Pitch Challenge on Thursday\, October 15\, 2026.  Early-stage business owners will have the opportunity to compete for vital seed funding to grow their business.  \nTo Qualify:\n✔️ Businesses would have to be in operation for 6 months to 2 years.\n✔️ Complete the online application (incomplete applications will automatically be disqualified).\n✔️ Attend pitch prep workshops. \nAward Prizes:\nNewly established businesses will have the opportunity to pitch for one of three prizes:\n•	$6\,000 — First Place\n•	$4\,000 — Second Place\n•	$2\,000 — Third Place \nThe competition is supported by a grant from the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE) through its Everyday Entrepreneur Program\, along with additional sponsorship from Canela Systems Corporation. \nEntrepreneurs interested in competing can apply online here. \nFor more information\, contact Eridania Camacho at g2e@sunywcc.edu or call 914-606-5616.
