SUMMARY:NAHM: A Mindful Walk in Nature
DESCRIPTION:Starting at the David Swope Student Center\, outside the the Department of Student Involvement Office (Room 108) \nJoin the Department of Student Involvement for a walk around our lovely Valhalla campus that is meant to help all students reconnect with themselves and the land around us. Through guided prompts and simple mindfulness techniques\, you’ll be guided on a tour around campus and be able to learn more about SUNY WCC’s history and its connection to Indigenous culture. Light refreshments\, snacks\, and journals will be provided.
