BRAVE Talk is a free training for SUNY WCC students: get empowered to identify and support peers in emotional or psychological distress. In this training you will learn to identify potential signs of mental health distress, tools to communicate with a friend they are concerned about, and resources and strategies for connecting them with the support they need.
