We provide short-term training and education, leading to industry certifications to align the skills of the worker with the needs of the workplace.

Microsoft Excel–Introduction
Get started with Excel even if you have never used a spreadsheet before. Includes building and editing worksheets, formatting a worksheet, working with charts and working with formulas and functions. Prerequisite: File Management or equivalent experience.

A PivotTable is an interactive table that automatically extracts, organizes, and summarizes your data, making it easier to analyze. If you work with large data sets, PivotTables can help you make comparisons, detect patterns and relationships, and analyze trends with ease. Entry-level IT Help Desk Technician Program
The Entry-level IT Help Desk Technician course will prepare you to earn the CompTIA A+ certification. The course provides hands-on instruction, covering the skills required to assemble, refurbish, upgrade, configure and troubleshoot personal computers. The skills you will gain will give you a clear understanding of network, hardware, security, software, server, virtualization, management, as well as troubleshooting mobile devices.

Latino Women in Business Leadership Group
The goal of the Latino Women in Business Leadership Group is to help Hispanic/Latino women business owners identify and achieve their business and professional goals. through peer-to-peer interaction, the group provides a safe place where they can discuss barriers, including difficulties associated with culture and ethnicity, amongst other challenges that are unique to this group. The White Plains Education and Training Center has created this unique program, tailored to the needs of women business owners to provide support, advice, guidance, information, and access to resources to help participants develop their professional and leadership skills.
