Dr. Michele Campagna has nearly 30 years of experience leading campus-wide student success initiatives at two-year and four-year institutions. She is a published author with research interests in student success, first-generation students, and Latinx students. Dr. Campagna has presented at numerous statewide and national conferences on student engagement and retention initiatives, strategic planning, assessment, and equity and inclusion. She is the recipient of the “Outstanding First-Year Student Advocate Award” from the National Resource Center for the First-Year Experience and Students in Transition for her innovative and transformational student success efforts at Montclair State University.
Dr. Campagna is a first-generation college student with a B.A. from New York University, an M.Ed. from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, and an Ed.D. from The University of Alabama.
