Michele Campagna holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education and a M.Ed. in Counseling. She comes to us from Montclair State University where she served as the Executive Director of the Center for Advising and Student Transitions for seven years, and the Director of New Student Experience for seven years. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Dean at Seton Hall University in New Jersey, Director of the Center for Advising and Counseling at Hudson County Community College in New Jersey, and six years in Student Support Services at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. She has published and presented on the topics of first-year experience, student success, and retention.
