They can be contacted at sunyonlinehelp@suny.edu or 1-844-673-6786. I withdrew from a class, but it is still appearing on my Brightspace account. Can it be taken off? Classes dropped during the refund period (through the end of the 25% refund period) will disappear from students’ Brightspace accounts. Classes that students withdraw from after this point, as well as classes in which a WN is received, will remain on students’ accounts. While these classes will remain, students can turn off notifications for them. To remove notifications for the class, click on your name in the upper right corner of the Brightspace page and then Notifications. Then click on Manage my course exclusions. Find the class and click on the X next to it to stop all notifications.
