Payments: In-Person and On-Line When will I have to pay my student bill? Please see the payment due date schedule at the back of this section. If classes are not paid for Monday, January 20th at 9 pm, they will be dropped for nonpayment (please see the schedule of payment due dates at www.sunywcc.edu/bursar). If payments are not made by 9 pm on the due date, classes will be dropped. As of the first day of classes, if you register and don’t pay, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHARGES. Classes will not be dropped. Log on to your MYWCC account, and click on the ‘Student Self-Service Center’ tile. Then click on the ‘Financial Account’ tile and the ‘Make a Payment’ link to begin processing your payment online. Follow the prompts to proceed to make a payment. When the payment has been accepted, you’ll see a confirmation message. What types of payment are accepted at MyWCC? MasterCard, Visa or Discover. If I pay with a credit card online through MyWCC, how long does it take for my payment to be posted? Your payment is posted immediately-there is no delay. If an Oracle sign-on screen is popping up after you enter your credit card information, it means that there is a compatibility issue with the cookies or cache settings on your browser and our 3rd party payment site.
