Wintersession 2012
As of 12:00 noon on Thursday Dec. 22, we
are no longer accepting any applications for Wintersession classes. Late
registration will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 3 only. For Ossining
classes, please go directly to the Ossining Center(22 Rockledge Ave) to
apply; for Cross County classes, go directly to the Cross County Center
(Cross County Shopping Center) to apply; for online classes; come to the Wintersession Office at the main campus (Room 207 Administration
Building) to apply or fax your materials to us at 914 606 6129 and be
available to provide your credit card info when called. In all cases, be
prepared with all required materials including transcripts and payment.
Pay careful attention to the classes which have been cancelled,
indicated below in red.
The college is closed for winter break
until Jan. 3, but if you need help, email us at
Wintersession@sunywcc.edu or leave a message at 914
606 7701 and we will get back to you. Email is preferred.
NOTE: please do not mail any materials to
the Wintersession office, as we will be closed for the
holidays and do not get any mail delivered until Jan. 5, after late
registration has ended.

Registration and
Payment Information Please check with
your home institution before registering to
verify that credits will be transferrable to
your school. There are no refunds after the
posted drop period, whether a course is
transferable or not.
How to Register:
If You Have Never
Attended WCC:
- Complete the
special
Wintersession Application for Admission
- Select the ONE
course for which you’d like to register
on the application form.
- Mail your
application along with the required,
non-refundable $35 application fee, a
second check for the tuition and fees,
and the required transcripts from your
current school, to the Wintersession
Office at the address on the bottom of
the form.
- Once you’ve been
admitted and registered, you’ll receive
an email confirmation. If you’re not
accepted, your check for tuition and
fees will be returned uncashed.
- The last date to
submit your application, transcripts,
and payments will be Thursday, December
22.
If You
Are a
Current WCC Student, or If You Have Attended
WCC Within the Past Two Years (even if you
only attended for last winter or summer):
- Click
here to complete an online
information form.
- The last date to submit your online
form will be Monday, December 19.
- Once you've been registered, you'll
receive an email confirmation and
instructions for payment, which will be
due by Wednesday, December 21.
Tuition for
Westchester County residents: $173 per credit
or $519 for a 3 credit course ($173 for
First Aid/CPR, which is 1 credit; $346 for
Health & Sports, which is 2 credits)
Tuition for
non-Westchester County residents:
$519 per credit or $1,557 for a 3 credit
course ($519 for First Aid/CPR; $1038 for
Health & Sports) Out of county residents
with a Certificate of Residency from their
home county will be charged at the county
resident rate. Click

Important Dates to
Remember: Registration begins October
3, 2011. All applications must be
accompanied by full payment; WCC students
will receive instructions for payment.
All
charges must be paid before December 22,
2011. Late registration is January 3,
2012 at the Ossining Center only.
Refund Schedule If
class is dropped before January 3, 2012:
100% refund If class is dropped January
3-6, 2012: 25% refund After January 6,
2012: no refund
Dropping a class must be done in writing.
Remember, simply failing to attend is not an
official drop.
