A bid to the World Series is earned by winning the Region XV Championship Tournament then winning the East District National Tournament.
The Vikings have won three Region XV Championships, 1981,1992, and most recently 2012. Westchester has also won the Mid-Hudson Conference crown back to back years in 2011 and 2012. In 1992 Westchester competed in its first ever NJCAA Division III World Series.
Each season Westchester plays a 50 game schedule in the spring against NJCAA teams along with several games against four-year JV's and local prep schools. The year starts in September with a 20-30 game exhibition schedule against local four-year and two-year colleges.
Vikings have established a tradition of receiving All Conference and All
Region honors with several players going on to earn All American
