AOL
Users who are not using AOL 7.0 or higher:
If your ISP is AOL: logon to your AOL
account and enter into a chatroom, minimize
the window and open up a full-featured
browser (Netscape or Internet Explorer).
Use the full featured browser to access
your WebCT course.

If you have problems login-on you must:
Delete all Browsing History which includes Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History in your Internet Explorer browser ( tools > internet options) or in any browser that you are using. Close all open windows, re-open the browser (Do not use saved Blackboard pages from your Favorites or Bookmarked urls) type directly in the address bar http://sunywcc.blackboard.com and login.
You should see the Westchester Community College Logo  on the left upper corner and a yellow bar across the page on top. |

Using
Plug-ins with WebCT. Some WebCT courses
use browser plug-ins. To view these portions
of the sites, you may need one or more
of the plug-ins below. Internet Explorer
will generally automatically download
any plug-ins required by a particular
page.
Check for any missing plug-ins using the
plug-in test below. If you experience
any problem or have any questions, contact
the DL office.
