If you are dropping your course and are expecting a refund

for more information. No refunds will be issued when
using this form.
Make sure you fill out all of the required fields marked
with an asterisk*. You will receive an email confirming
your request. Be sure to contact the DL office (914-606-6827)
if you do not receive a response within 2business days
as we may not have received your email. You will be notified
by email once the withdrawal is processed.
If you would like to speak with an advisor about withdrawing,
