- offering search tools such as wildcard or truncation searching.
- limiting your search terms to title, author , etc. fields.
- limiting a search to materials created within desired dates.
- limiting to availability of Full Text.
How to Truncate a search term.
- To look for all forms of a word in one search, use the base word with a truncation symbol.
- For example: If you want information on sleep habits among teenagers, you may want materials that use the forms:
teen, teens, teenage, teenager, teenagers
- (The truncation symbol may vary. Look in search help if * does not work.)
