Westchester Community College is in the process of developing our next strategic plan 2008 - 2013. 

• Develop a strategic plan that anticipates and responds to changes in our community, includes all constituent groups and establishes strategic goals that are consistent with the mission of the college.
   
• Facilitate a culture that is based on data-driven decision making and continuous assessment. 
   
• Emphasize the importance of the planning process as much as the development of the document.
   
• Implement a living document that is responsive to change while focusing resources towards achieving long-range goals.
