Gateway to Entrepreneurship G2E various programs will give entrepreneurs the tools that will turn their idea into a business by offering workshops, courses, consultations and other resources.
 
One-on-One Coaching
 
An idea does not become a successful endeavor through the hard work of one individual, but rather through the collective effort of a team. Gateway to Entrepreneurship provides aspiring entrepreneurs customized, comprehensive coaching, tailored to the needs of the individual entrepreneur.
We provide support to:

• Aspiring Entrepreneurs– people with an idea who have not yet started
• Businesses that have just launched
• Struggling businesses – Individuals who are having difficulties building their businesses
• Businesses in transition – business owners seeking new owners
• Entrepreneurs who are actively working to grow their business

Workshops
Our workshops range from the basic tools you will need to start your business, to marketing, business plan development, building business relationships and more.

•  Academy for Entrepreneurial Excellence – a program for people who are looking to grow their businesses
•  Entrepreneurship credit and non-credit courses
• College tours for high school students in the dual enrollment Advanced College Experience (ACE) program
• Host of the NFTE Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge, a county wide business plan competition
• The Mount Vernon Entrepreneurship Summer Academy—an intensive summer entrepreneurship camp for high school youth
• Small business training for mature adults
