October 25
South Korea (2008)
This Korean film is about two girls left on their own, trying to survive the mental and physical burdens of being abandoned by their mother. Sad and heart-breaking, while also cheerful and hopeful, the film depicts how hope endures and how children can adapt to changing conditions. (89 minutes)
