AN EVENING WITH GROUCHO Saturday, April 25 // 8:00 pm Enjoy an evening of quick-witted hilarity as award-winning actor/director/playwright Frank Ferrante brings his PBS- cclaimed portrayal of a comedic genius—the legendary Groucho Marx. A comedy in two acts recreates Groucho’s famous one-liners, anecdotes and songs. Piano accompanist Jim Furmston and Mr. Ferrante recreate the popular melodies Hooray for Captain Spaulding, Lydia, the Tattooed Lady and other identifiable tunes.The young Groucho of stage and screen comes to life as do the likes of other greats such as brothers Harpo, Chico, Zeppo and Gummo, Charlie Chaplin, W.C. Fields, Greta Garbo, Margaret Dumont and MGM’s Louis B. Mayer. A comedic treat for all ages! Tickets are $20 (general admission), $17 (students/seniors/Fac-Staff), and $12 (children under 13).
