Food For Thought
Looking to feed both your stomach and your brain? Than you need to attend the Food For Thought series sponsored by the Office of Student Affairs. At each of these events, students will engage in round-table discussions to learn and discuss new and exciting issues. It is a great opportunity to meet new people, learn about a current issue, trend, or debate a subject and of course, enjoy a free meal!
Some upcoming topics include:
- AIDS Awareness Discussion on Wednesday, February 24 in the Academic Arts Theater at 11:15am. Come see this dynamic presentation, ask any question you may have to help dispel the myths and rumors about this devastating disease.
- Learn how to properly finance and save your money on Wednesday, March 31 at 11:00am in C-200.
For more information on the times/location of these topics and a complete listing of our all our other Food For Thought events, visit the Calendar of Student Events and search by Student Club Events category.
If you have an idea for a future event or want more information on how to get involved with co-curricular events on campus, contact Adam Frank, Coordinator of Student Activities at (914) 606-6731.
