LAW OFFICE OF MICHAEL D. WEINSTEIN, 1995-Present: Practice law as a solo practitioner with particular concentration in the following areas:

LITIGATION: Represent litigants in all phases business, commercial and matrimonial litigation, from pleadings through discovery, trials and appeals.

CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL: Represent ongoing business concerns as well as purchasers and sellers of businesses, negotiation and drafting of various contracts, licensing and employment/service agreements, shareholders’ and partnership agreements, restrictive covenants, operating agreements, and represent clients in both stock purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements.

REAL ESTATE: Represent lenders, buyers and sellers in all phases of the transfer and financing of residential and commercial properties. Represent commercial landlords and tenants in lease negotiation and preparation.

WILLS AND ESTATES: Represent families in the preparation of estate plans from simple to complex wills and trusts, as well as the probate of wills and administration of estates.
