LEGAL EXPERIENCE

December 1992 to Present Engage in the private practice of law on a full time basis. Files include a wide array of issues from trade secret litigation to breach of contract litigation, from drafting wills and real estate contracts to a wide variety of criminal cases.
Trial Experience Twenty-Two cases have been tried (19 wins/3 losses).
Appellate Practice Numerous appeals perfected, including the Record on Appeal and Appellate Briefs, have been perfected to the New York State Appellate Departments.
