Program Costs Information
The starting cost of the program is $3,360. This includes tuition credits, airfare, exit taxes, tours, home stay, transportation to and from the airport, accommodations, most meals, classroom facilities, cultural activities, and administrative fees and expenses.
Round trip direct flight to San José, Costa Rica airfare is calculated at $630.00. Should the total price of the plane ticket be lower or higher than $630.00 the difference will be rectified.
There is a $40 application fee not included in the program price. This application fee is due when the application is submitted.
A $250 deposit is required to hold reservation.The $3,400 is a starting price that applies to NY State Residents. Non NY State residents have a stating price of $4,660. Tuition and Westchester Community College fees are included.
Checks are payable to WCC.Payments and Refunds Schedule
Program Balance is due on May 18
May 18: the $250 deposit is non refundable.
May 25: half of the amount is not refundable.
June 1: the full amount is not refundable.
The approximate cost of $3,400 includes:
- 6 Westchester Community College credits
- Homestay
- Excursions and cultural activities, most meals, ground transportation
- Administrative expenses, taxes and gratuities
- Airfare and administrative fees
