Student
If you
have enrolled in a Continuing Education
class within the past two years, you should have
your personal user id for access to our
Self-Service Enrollment System. If you have
taken a CE course in the past 2 years, but do
not have your username, please call us at
914-606-6830 (and press 1) and we will provide
it.

If You
Are a New Student:
If you
have not enrolled in a CE class before you
may use our
FIRST TIME STUDENT registration process. You
may also enroll by phone or by mail.

Self Service account which permits you to enroll
online in the future.

For class
information:
Whether you have set up an account or not, you
can always view course information, room
assignments, instructors, dates, class
descriptions, etc.,at our web portal.

Visit
www.sunywcc.edu/MyWCC

Click “Search for
Classes” on the top right of the screen.

Click on “C” for
Continuing Education courses under Course
Subject. All classes are listed as CE-Subject.

Change Course Career
to Continuing Education.

Click on the subject of
interest (e.g. CE-ART) and then hit the
Search button to view the list of CE-ART
courses. Be sure to click View All
Sections to get a complete list of all
sections of a class.

To get specific
information, click Section—e.g.
Section A-Lec (22398) *this 5-digit
class number is used on the registration
form.

Short cut: if you know
the 4-digit catalog number (e.g. CE-ART
2038), enter it next to Course Number
field and you will get the information for
that specific course.
BE SURE Continuing
Education appears in the Course Career
field. Detailed instructions for
searching the term schedule for courses
are available at MyWCC.
Once you are successfully
enrolled using any of the alternative enrollment
methods, you will receive a Self Service account
so you can enroll online in the future.
Room Assignments:
To get room assignments online, you can do a
quick class search by following the above
“Search for Classes.” We recommend that you
check 48 hours in advance of the class start
time for your room assignment as room
assignments may change. All Continuing Education
classes are listed under “C” as the Course
subject.
