JFA Mission Statement
“You Will Never Walk Alone.” 

Founded on May 18, 2005, the Junior Faculty Association of Westchester Community College (JFA) is committed to serving the multifaceted needs of the College’s full-time, non-tenured faculty members.  The programs, events and initiatives of the JFA are designed to promote greater collegiality among the junior faculty, as well as between the junior faculty and the college community as a whole.  The JFA also serves as a resource of information and support to its members from which the entire campus community will benefit.
