In 1999 the Alumni Patio was installed in
front of the Academic Arts Building. It is a large semicircle of bricks, set
into the floor of the concrete amphitheatre. More than 350 of the bricks in
the patio have been inscribed with the names of alumni who wished to create
a permanent record of their years at Westchester Community College.
You, too can have a brick inscribed with your
name and installed in the Alumni Patio. A donation of $100 will cover the
cost of engraving and installing the brick, with the balance going to the
Foundation’s scholarship fund.
